[Elecraft] Dsp and RS32 port conflict

Elecraft is getting their programming equipment in place for the KDSP2 MCU.
They should announce soon how to get your KDSP2 MCU updated.

All KDSP2s shipping in July have new MCU code that should take care of this
problem.  It has in all units tested, at least :-)

In the meantime, if you already have a KDSP2 and you are experiencing a
problem with your KDSP2 and KPA100 in high SWR situations, please contact me
directly.
