[Elecraft] K2 S/N 3594 - HELP!!!!!

When I built my K2, I thought I was being *very* careful, but
the number one problem-solver I found was to diligently (although
somewhat reluctantly) use a magnifying glass and good lighting to
systematically scan every soldered area on the bottom of the board.
It revealed bridges and unsoldered joints that I would have sworn
I had finished properly.  It was a simple -- and quick -- procedure
that saved lots of potential frustration and debugging time.

And in case anyone's wondering about the fate of the K2 which I
posted for sale last week, I came to my senses and kept both
the K1 and K2.  (whew - that was close!).  K1 is coming with me
on vacation now -- will be around 7030 kHz on battery power out
in the boonies of Vermont.  Should be fun.
