I have an extra KAF2 kit that I do not need.  You can either purchase the kit 
or the fully assembled and tested KAF2 w/ manual and connectors (then I'll 
keep the kit and build it to replace the assembled on).

(With the assembled kit, the connectors are the 3 and 4 pin sockets to solder 
to the control board along with the standoff you'll need to mount it).
