Adam,

I suspect that the USB BFO is set too close to the filter skirt for your
FL2/FL3 and allowing some BFO energy to leak through the filter.

Since you just finished the SSB option, go ahead and set the SSB filters up
with Spectrogram and wideband noise, then if the problem is still present we
can look for some other cause.
