[Elecraft] 40m net report

Jerry,
Thanks for picking up the net this evening.  I don't know what happened to
Kevin.  I talk to him almost every day but something must have come up.  He
has really been working hard on improving his CW so I don't think he would
have missed it if he could help it.  I could barely make you out on 40 due
to heavy summertime QRN but you were booming in on 20 when I had my beam
heading your way.
