Guys,

Please do not make postings of this type to the Elecraft list. While the gripe 
may be valid, we do not want to get in the middle of one ham directly 
criticizing another. Frequently these type of problems are the result of a 
miscommunication and not an intentional action by the ham in question. The 
resulting emails and arguments can get way out of hand and do not belong here.

In the case of eBay, they have an excellent customer feedback and seller 
rating mechanism for these types of problems. Please use those methods instead 
of posting here.
