Ok well things were just going too well I guess. Got to assembling the
control panel, front panel and rf board with the case when I realised I'd
soldered one of the male connectors on the control board the wrong way
round.

I cut the connector up and removed all the pins but in the process I've
overheated two of the pads, whose corners have lifted a bit. One still has
continuity with the PCB, the other doesn't look like it was ever connected.
Am I still OK - or should I order a replacement control panel ?
