Well Harry, you are correct for most of the world. In everywhere
except between the US and Canada, for places that don't issue a new
temporary callsign, you have to sign country prefix/KB5ELV (such as
DL/KB5ELV). However, the agreement between the US and Canada still
stipulates that you sign KB5ELV/VE1 (2, 3, ...whatever). Sure it's
confusing, but there you are.
