Look at the CEPT information on the League's site:

There you will discover that the United Kingdom, including the Isle of Man,
Northern Ireland, Jersey, Scotland, Guernsey and Wales are all included
within the CEPT countries, so reciprocal operation is a simple as having a
copy of your license, passport, and the CEPT rules available for inspection.
