[Elecraft] Sound Damper??

I don't own a KAT100 (yet) and one thing that I'd look into BEFORE
buying one would be the amount of racket it makes.

That whiny little fan on the back of the KPA100 is already WAY too noisy
for me.=20

If you listen on the bands, you can hear more and more ops are using
this kind of tuner.  They have a specific sound and not at all like the
rising / falling amplitude CW tone of an "analog" type tuner.  When you
hear one, it sounds a lot like it does when you operate one.  You can
hear the relays switching in and out, searching for a match.
