[Elecraft] SGC's ADSP2

I re-read the specs, 80 mA idle/ 110 mA full output on the low output model,
80 mA idle/ 500 mA full output on the High output model with the audio amp.

This still looks very appealing.  If it can do what my ClearSpeech does to
clean up a signal and notch carriers, it will be great!
