<harrumph!>  Great writeup, BTW.  In my very humble opinion exposing your
MS SQL server to the internet is like sticking your company's filing
cabinet out on the curb!  Really dumb.  Unless it's part of your solution,
in which case it is, in my very humble opinion, REALLY dumb!  And half
these ISPs that are running NT/2K "solutions" servers for their dhcp or
whatever are still trying to figure out which dialog boxes to use, and
know about just enough of them to be dangerous to their clients.
