[Elecraft] Elecraft QSO party. 8 /9 March 2003

I haven't heard/seen any postings about the EQP for a while. I presume it
is still on for 8/9 March and we haven't chased the volunteer organizer
away with all our haggling over the proposed rules. I am sure rules
revisions are being considered and suspect they will be posted soon.
Meanwhile, the rules posted on the Elecraft web page are a DRAFT version.
I am saving those dates on my operating calendar.
