K2 3156 on the air.  Great radio and I am enjoying operating in.  I have to move my Ft1000MP out of the way !!!  

I had to have Gary work the K2  over,  very little test gear here and I could not isolate the problem.   RFC15 choke was open.  Gary says I was'nt carefull enough with the little bugger.  Those mini RF chokes are very delicate, you have to handle the leads very carefully they dont take much pulling or bendig stress.

Also expierenced the out of spec BFO range, my low value was 4913.13 and it needed to be below 4912.7.  High range was in spec at 4917.05.  Gary put the 4.7pF at junction of L33/X3 and grnd.

I just installed the ssb kit and it works great...working on the 100 watt amplifier.
