[Elecraft] Narrow crystals

According to what I have read, the modification that removes one of the PLL
crystals results in a narrower BFO range.  This is the only modification
that I know that matches the original post on this thread.  Note that this
modification is more than just removing a crystal, but that is the "big
change" that gets remembered the most with this mod.
