The best solution is to put your antenna as far as possible from the interfering
device and feed it with a feedline that will not pick up noise.  That means that
if the antenna is fed with coax you should have a balun located at the antenna.  
If you feed a dipole with coax, for example, noise that is picked up on the
outside of the shield can be conducted back up to the antenna where it will be
re-radiated and picked up by the antenna itself.  A balun at the feedpoint will
help choke this noise current off.

A balanced feedline should also be immune to noise if it is fed through a balun
or balanced tuner at the transmitter end.  Random wires fed directly from the
output of a tuner are especially susceptible since the antenna is right there in
your shack.
