[Elecraft] Serial 3000+ K2: AGC threshold setting

Hi

This problem may be the wrong value pot. It should be 50K. I have two
control boards that work properly and the resistance measured across the pot
is about 9.5K with the proper calibration. The pot is at the half way point
on the adjustment range. Try measuring across your pot and if you get about
9K at full clockwise if so, then the pot is the wrong value.
