[Elecraft] KNB1 = "---" Help!

Hello all,
	I recently purchased a built (beautiful job by Thomas - AC7A in Tucson)
K1-4. I immediately ordered and built the KBT1, KAT1 and KNB1. The battery
and the ATU are fine, but I cannot get the NB to work. I have tried a
replacement chip, but still no luck. I know I probably fried another
component, but I could use some guidance in what to look for. Voltages and
test points or similar info would be greatly appreciated.
