[Elecraft] Serial 3000+ K2: AGC threshold setting

Hi, Folks. Quick question to the K2 3000+ owners:
Did you have trouble setting the AGC threshold? This
was done with R1 on the Control Board, measuring at
U2 pin 5. Manual recommends 3.9V. I could only get 
mine to 3.8V and that was with R1 fully counter-clockwise
as viewed facing the pot. Did so with RF gain fully 
clockwise. 8A regulated line is 7.99V on my meter. 
Leaving it at 3.8, I was able to do the S meter calibration
for zero and full-scale ok.

Circuit is pretty simple -- RP6 is pretty much it! -- so
I am wondering what is up. I checked my work and all seems
OK, but will scrutinize more when I can get back to it.
