What I hate about all the little plastic drawer sets is that the cabinets 
are all different sizes, so they don't fit together in any manner at all.

Here's something I have just started with, so I can't tell yet how well it
is going to work out.  The local Ace hardware store has started carrying
some storage boxes.  The boxes are all about 12 x 18 inches in size, and
come with various numbers of compartments inside.  With the lid closed and
snapped shut you can carry it like a suitcase without having the stuff
inside get mixed up.  These are about $20 each.  Then there is a rack
sold separately that holds four of the cases in drawer fashion.
