Did you do all the mods in one setting without testing if they worked
one by one or a few at a time? 

Well, there are many mods that could affect audio output. It could be
the IF section that has stopped working (Second filter mod, even the AGC
mod could affect it), or the front-end filters (changed values in
filters for 15/17m and 10/12m), or the post-mixer amplifier (RFC11). 

The key to any successful radio repair is to try to isolate the fault to
a signle section. There is a signal tracing article by N0SS on the
Elecraft web-site that is useful for this.

I would start by checking to see if the S-meter seems to indicate
signals, does it change as you change bands or tune? Does it vary as you
turn the RF gain, or turn AGC off? Maybe audio is only gone in a single
band? It could also be the PLL or BFO that does not oscillate or give
output due to the stability mods or the VFO ALC mod, they can be checked
by trying ot measure their frequencies with the built-in frequency
counter. These are some of the problem areas that these mods affect, let
