[Elecraft] KPA Problem solved

Hello Don,

I will add the washers when I re-thighten the screws of the transistors.
Just spent a couple of hours using the KPA/KAT100 at full power and they're
working perfectly. The fan  starts when the heatsink is "warm" to the touch
and shuts down again after a minute or so.
