You should also check out www.paddlette.com.  Bob has some nice paddle sets that are very small and light for backpacking.

They have a very compact set of paddles and something called a "Code Cube"
attachment that contains a keyer.

I have the paddles but not the keyer since the only rig I need paddles for
is the K2 which has a keyer built in.
