[Elecraft] Elecraft QSO party. 8 /9 March 2003

I was looking forward to participating in this contest. But this copyright
story gives it a very bitter taste. It doesn't fit at all into the
otherwise very open-minded Elecraft world. I hope the whole story turns
out to be a big missunderstanding and we all will have a lot of fun on
March 8. and 9. (or whatever will be the actual date).
