[Elecraft] SWR bridge in KAT

Hi
The theory of operation and specifications are in the manual for the KAT1,
KAT2 and KAT100. You can download the manuals from the Elecraft website.
They are basically a L network with a series inductor and a parallel
capacitor. The capacitor can be placed at the input or the output. The KAT1
ranges from 0 to 5uH and 0 to 300pF. The KAT2 and KAT100 ranges from 0-20uH
and 0-2400pF
