Do you have version 2 firmware on the radio?  If so there is a mode 
setting for RTTY rather than USB for PSK. You have to turn it on 
somewhere in the secondary menu, but it provides an additional set of 
BFO and filter settings that can be configured specifically for PSK. It 
also shuts off compression entirely (which is generally bad for 
non-voice modes).
