I had no problem accessing the rules, but I have a couple of questions:

1.  Should the breakpoint for power on SSB be 10 w. instead of 5 w?  I think
the generally accepted definition of SSB is < 10 w.
2.  For Field Testers, do you mean FT of the original rig?  I didn't
participate in the original FT, but did do FT of the KIO2.  I'm sure several
others are in this kind of category.
