[Elecraft] K1 or K2 Tuning Knob

The idea for the rubber band is valid.
Size of the rubber band is exactly the diameter of
the knob and the width is  1/2 inch.  If you slide it
back to the case it, it adds a bit of friction to the tuning
pot-- if you slide it to the front  it softens the sharp edge of
pot.
