[Elecraft] Announcement: Elecraft QSO Party

To all,

I would like to announce the dates and times of the Elecraft Qso Party.
The party will take place February 22, 2003 from 1500z to February 23, 2003
1500z.  We are a little late for announcements in the magazines so if you
know an Elecraft owner not on this list then please pass the word.

I'll have the rules available later today.  Any comments, questions and
criticisms are welcome.   

Lets try and make this a fun event.
