[Elecraft] Tuning knob finish

My solution to the tuning knob delima was to attach a small nylon washer on
the face of the knob using double sided carpet tape. This particular washer
is often used on furniture where it is placed under the the head of
flat-head bolt - the type the normally goes into the counter-sunk hole.
They come in black and white and cost about a quarter each at Lowes. With
this little washer installed, tuning the K2 is nearly as smooth as my
IC-256Pro. It may not be as elegant a solution as some would like, but the
black washer almost matches and looks fine to my eyes.
