[Elecraft] Icom IC-SM20 Mike wiring

I use the Icom SM-8 on my K2 with excelent results.  I'm sure the SM-20 will
work just as well.  I followed the wiring configuration in the K2 manual and
had no problems.  5 volts is perfectly adequate.
