[Elecraft] Comparison of various rigs' minimum supply voltage, RX current

We just added a new table to our transceiver performance comparison page, 

   http://www.elecraft.com/K2_perf.htm

The new table, third from the top, shows two parameters that pertain to
operation from batteries: (1) the minimum receive current drain, and (2) the
minimum required DC supply voltage.

Fewer than half of the transceivers listed are actually in the mobile/portable
class. But for completeness, we included all of the rigs covered in the first
two tables.
