[Elecraft] Forgotten Promises

I have purchased K2/100 and all the options less KAT2 and KBT2.

Because I didn't purchase Rev B, I have waited months for the K3000+ circuit 
board
price and A->B components.  Elecraft has dragged their feet on both.  The 
price for the new circuit boards still remains unknown, despite promises to 
the contrary.

I am not confident enough to build a KPA100 because of the heat-> frequency 
drift.  I would like to assemble the K2 plus the KAT2 and KBT2 and take it 
from there as the KPA100 and KAT100 is perfected, along with my operating 
skills.
