[Elecraft] 2.1mm Power Plugs

Digi-Key has a $25 minimum order.  Jameco $25 minimum.
Mouser has NO minimum.
There are power cords made up with a manufactured 2.1mm power plug
attached.  I think they were in Mouser or Jameco.  Cheaper than
the S-760 as well.
