[Elecraft] KPA100 troubleshooting

Hello Joe,

I did check the setting, and found that temp was over 40 degr. (the KPA was
at roomtemp. and only on the "control" 12V ). After a while I can see the
indicated temp. dropping to the original setting, the fan stops below 40
degr.

I think op-amp U6 is defective, maybe this playes havoc with the 5V supply
allthough my DVM still gives 5.05 V for this.
