kit". Scroll down to "Torrid Toroid Topics" and click the link, "Fear of

of all the K2 toroids.

Hello All,
I seem to be going around in a circle with assembling my K2.  One thing that
the manual keeps mentioning is T5 needs to be wound correctly. The picture
in
the manual is a little murky and not in color. I have 16 turns of red wire
and 4 of the green a 4 to 1 ratio, right? But do the four turns get exactly
interspersed with the red? Thats the way I have it.
So, is there a web site that would have a clear color jpeg of T5?
My VCO voltages are high on three bands and I have checked all the Caps and
diodes and inductors and now am back to looking at T5.  When I adjusted it ,
it ended up at the very top of the can.
