[Elecraft] Problem: KSB2 OP1 "weak" receive

Hello all.

Just assembled and installed KSB2.  No smoke <hi>.  But...with OP1 selected,
receive signals are down 1 to 2 S-units compared to the other filters
regardless of mode.  Even with the narrow CW filter where I expect to see
significant attenuation, the signal is much a stronger signal than with OP1
switched in.  I have performed the filter alignments according to the
supplied values several times with no improvement.  No Spectragram yet, but
since there is little change in signal pitch when switching between filters
I don't think I'm grossly misaligned - at least not enough to cause this.
Valid assumption?  If so, then I've bollixed the assembly in some fashion
while still ending up with a (semi-)functional module.  BTW:  xmit appears
to be working.  I haven't had qso on SSB yet, but I've listened to my output
on a portable SWL receiver and it seems to sound OK.

Anyone else run into this problem?  Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot
gladly accepted!  <grin>
