[Elecraft] Surface Mount tech; Orion; and K2/100

One of the major reasons for using surface mount components is it greatly
speeds up the manufacturing time, decreases the labor, and reduces cost of
ASSEMBLING of a circuit board.... The components are slightly cheaper
too....

The boards in an Elecraft aren't exactly assembled.....
