[Elecraft] I'm Stuck!

Tks Roy. Ugg on L33 -- L33 is a bear! Mine came pre-wound. I went and
bought a low-end frequency counter today (brand is bellMerit, and it has a
20Mhz counter as well as other multimeter functions) but the resolution is
not good enough and the frequency bounces between 11.98 MHz and 12.10 MHz,
and I found that the position probe leads (standard multimeter type probe
leads) affects the reading, and also when I put the probe on TP3 the
frequency readout on the K2 goes down! So I am going to take it back.

They also had a frequency counter of the type that has a BNC connector on
it; a hand-held model that goes up to 1.3GHz. Do you happen to know if I
can use that instead? Maybe make a probe for the BNC connector like I made
for the control board with the 10pf cap near the tip? The counter is
about twice as much.

73, Martin
