[Elecraft] Thermal Interface, pads vs. grease question?

On the KPA100 the transistor flanges may be connected to ground so the
thermal pads we use are not insulating.

On the K2 the PA transistor's flange is connected to the collector and is
not at ground potential, so we use insulated thermal pads there.
