Hi
Sounds like you have the wrong crystal. The 16.28 MHz is used in the KPA100
for the HV and RS232 power supply. It looks just like the AGC crystal except
it is 5.068 MHz. Someone pulled the wrong part. Call or email Elecraft and
get the right crystal.
