[Elecraft] engraving

Hi

When I worked for Tektronix we used a lacquer stick much like the large
crayons to fill the engraved panels on the old tube type scopes. The newer
stuff used an anodized process so the panels could not be restored the way
the old stuff could. We just rubbed the crayon over the etching and then
wiped off the excess with a cloth and it looked like new.
