[Elecraft] KAT 100 Problems

Friends,
Today the missing chips arrived, so the KAT 100 construction and testing
was finished.  Unfortunately, it doesn't work.  Oh, yes, it tunes up just fine
at 2 watts, just like the KAT2 does.  But at higher power, it simply goes to
9.9 to 1 and dies.  This occurs at 11 watts.  It looked like RF getting into 
things, from  the troubleshooting instructions, but it seems unlikely that at
11 watts it would fail so completely.  Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.
