[Elecraft] Re:12-V power supply caution

Even linear power supplies can generate enough noise to cause problems.  I 
just had reports of  RF on my audio when running my K2/100 next to my Kenwood 
PS-30 power supply. It was not RF because was still getting it on a dummy 
load.  As soon as I moved the power supply 3 to 4 feet away from the K2, no 
bad audio reports!
