[Elecraft] K1 - Resistance Check FUD Attack!

So....I'm sitting here building my K1 RF board and everything is going
well until I get to the resistance checks on page 29.  According to the
manual, U3 pin 5 and U4 pin 6 should both read greater than 10K.  They
do - both of them read around 3.3 Megs.  Cool....

I'm about to turn the page when suddenly I'm hit by an attack of Fear,
Uncertainty and Doubt!  I break out into a cold sweat as I remember that
every other time the resistance reading has been in the Megohm range,
the manual has stated "> 100K".  How come these two measurements are
marked as "> 10K" ?  Why aren't they marked as "> 100K"?  Could it be
that the resistance readings I'm getting are just *TOO* high?  Am I
doomed or just paranoid?  Is my RF board going to melt-down as soon as I
connect the power?  What's the hi-tech equivalent of hypochondria?  :-)
