Whetever else you do, do the following comparison:  Operate CW with full QSK on
a crowded band for as long as you can with your K2 (it will sound exactly the
same with a KPA100) and with the Pro.  Pay attention to the smoothness of the
QSK and any clicks, pops, etc. that you hear while sending.  After a while, see
how tired your ears feel.  It's important to do this test on a crowded band
(contests are good).  I haven't tried a Pro, but the K2 beats all of the
Japanese transceivers that I have tried on this test.
