[Elecraft] K2 has 0.1W out on all bands, no higher

Hello again,

Own Elecraft K2.

Have done all troubleshooting methods, from book and help of Gary and
Scott at Elecraft.  Still waiting for RF troubleshooting help from Gary. 
Problem with radio is no transmitting power output from all bands
(80-10m), receiver and LPF/BPF work fine.  Torroids T1-T4 checked and
rechecked. Q6 potentially may have a problem on transmit.  R50 on emitter
of Q6, is as warm as 'just removing the cup of coffee or tea from your
microwave'.  Power supply okay.  I am waiting for the Q6, R50, and
thermal pad in the mail.

Anyone have any similar problems??  My friend suggested that I use an
oscilliscope to find where the signal drops.
