I'll leave that to Elecraft. I'm sure they know far more about DSP than I 
ever will. There are lots of possibilities - maybe multiple notch filters, 
perhaps a connection to the computer to view adjacent signals around your 
frequency, etc. I don't have DSP, never used it, but hear it is a Good 
Thing. So I don't have an educated DSP wish list.

So perhaps an interesting stand-alone kit to build, usable maybe with any 
receiver? Expand Elecraft's market?

Doesn't matter. I suspect they have something else in the works.
