[Elecraft] Oddball tool question

The same knurled round nuts (with a slot) are used on most of
the older Jaguars up until about 1980.
I have several on my 1960 MK IX.
I used a piece of tubing, brass or aluminium (sic), ground off
the sides on one end to leave me with two pegs that fit the
slots.
Works great and doesn't damage the polished walnut dash (which
is VERY expensive to replace!!)

I like the idea of tape..  :-)
