[Elecraft] Front Panel Resistance cks?

Hello,
K2 page 27 resistance checks...J1 pins 1-7 I do not get any readings other
than 0.M. I have checked for solder bridges, cold solder, etc. Reheated the
3 pins going to R3,and reheated R3's 3 pins but still no readings other than
0 M. Same w/ pins 4&5 going to P1. I get continuity between J1 pin 4 and P1
pin 2 and J1 pin 5 and P1 pin 1, but not the >1 M the manual calls
for...possible bad R3? any suggestions greatly appreciated..
